Judge Shuts Door On LG Fridge Labeling Suit

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 3:21 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday tossed a proposed class action accusing LG Electronics USA Inc. of improperly marketing some refrigerators as “Energy Star” compliant, saying affected customers signed away their right to sue when they accepted payments from LG.
