Dems Say GOP Too Extreme In Blocking Hagel Vote

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 6:15 PM EST) -- After Republicans blocked a planned vote on the nomination of Chuck Hagel for secretary of defense, Senate Armed Services Chairman Carl Levin said Friday that Hagel would get a vote and that Republicans' demands for records and financial disclosures were unprecedented.
