Army Ducks $2M Damages In 'HooAH!' Energy Bar Skirmish

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 3:44 PM EST) -- A federal judge ruled Friday that the U.S. government had breached an agreement to develop a “HooAH!”-branded energy bar with a private contractor, but declined to impose nearly $2 million in damages because the venture would likely have failed had the government complied with the agreement.
