Orbitz Urges Enforcement Of American Airlines Antitrust Deal

Law360, Dallas (February 12, 2013, 3:52 PM EST) -- Orbitz Worldwide LLC on Tuesday asked a Texas federal judge to enforce an agreement it said releases it from American Airlines Inc.’s antitrust suit alleging a conspiracy to block its competing online ticketing system, while the airline argued it never reached a binding settlement with Orbitz.
