SF Mayor Wants More Talks On Condo Conversion Proposal

Law360, San Francisco (February 12, 2013, 8:18 PM EST) -- The mayor of San Francisco urged further negotiations on Tuesday over a controversial proposed law that would allow tenancies-in-common apartment owners to convert their units into condominiums for a fee, which has put building owners and rent-controlled tenants at odds.
