Sony, Eddie Money Royalty Spat Should Proceed, Judge Says

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 1:55 PM EST) -- Sony Music Entertainment's bid to pare down a contract suit alleging that Eddie Money was shorted on digital download royalties should be denied, a New York federal judge recommended Monday, rejecting Sony's claim that it wasn't adequately notified about the rock singer's gripes.
