Philly Suburb's Billboard Ban Affirmed By 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 3:47 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Monday upheld a Philadelphia suburb's billboard ban, ruling that Mount Laurel Township, N.J.'s ordinance did not overreach its interests in maintaining traffic safety and aesthetics under a Supreme Court standard that gives municipalities broad leverage in regulating billboards.
