RE Investor Told To Produce Atty Emails In Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 4:18 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday ordered real estate investor Moses Stern to turn over emails related to his attempts to obtain financing for an allegedly fraudulent $167 million shopping center portfolio deal, saying probable cause nullified the attorney-client privilege.
