$1.8M Deal Resolves Claims Over Farer Fersko Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 6:08 PM EST) -- A New Jersey bankruptcy judge on Monday approved settlements totaling $1.8 million to resolve a lease dispute and a trustee's allegation that defunct environmental and real estate firm Farer Fersko PA fraudulently transferred its assets to another firm instead of its bankruptcy estate.
