Flexible Flyer Workers' WARN Act Suit Crashes In 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 12:57 PM EST) -- Flexible Flyer didn't have to give employees 60 days' notice of mass layoffs because the toymaker's bankruptcy came from the sudden and unexpected end of financial support from private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management Corp., the Fifth Circuit ruled Monday.
