Judge Tosses LimeWire Antitrust Counterclaims

Law360, New York (December 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has dismissed counterclaims brought by the operator of online file-sharing service LimeWire accusing a group of major record labels of colluding to stifle the development of new technology and to dominate the music industry.
