Louis Berger Loses Protest Over $50M Jordan Aid Contract

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 4:40 PM EST) -- The U.S. Agency for International Development did not err when it shut out Louis Berger Group Inc. on a $50 million contract to supply aid to Jordan, the Government Accountability Office said Monday.

Though Louis Berger disagrees with USAID's assessment of its ability to provide economic development assistance to Jordan, that does not mean the government agency made a mistake, the GAO said in a written decision.
