Movie Camera Makers Settle Trade Secrets Suit Over Hacking

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 9:23 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday tossed a trade secret suit by movie camera maker Red Digital against rival Arri Inc. and a former Arri executive who had previously copped to hacking the email of a competitor, based on a settlement the parties reached in the dispute.
