Micron Launches Attack On Mosaid’s DRAM Case

Law360, New York (December 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Semiconductor manufacturer Micron Technology Inc. has expanded its counterclaims against rival Mosaid Technologies Inc. in a patent infringement suit over dynamic random access memory technology.

Micron alleged Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas that Mosaid failed to timely and fully disclose its patents and applications related to the use of delayed lock loop in a DRAM circuit to the standard-setting organization, Joint Electron Device Engineering Council, or to the association’s members, including Micron.
