Unsigned Orbitz Deal Can't Ground American's Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 2:51 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge refused Tuesday to enforce an agreement that Orbitz Worldwide LLC claimed would have released it from a suit alleging that the company conspired with others to thwart American Airlines Inc.'s attempts to compete in the flight booking business.
