GAO Nixes Protest Over VA Home Oxygen Supply Contract

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 4:41 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs properly backed its decision not to set aside a home oxygen services contract exclusively for small businesses, according to a U.S. Government Accountability Office decision made public Wednesday denying a medical product supplier's bid protest.
