Samsung Appeal Shot Down In Cathode Ray Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 2:29 PM EST) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and other electronics makers on Wednesday lost their bid in California federal court to appeal a ruling that indirect purchasers of allegedly price-fixed cathode ray tubes could pursue antitrust claims under an exception to the U.S. Supreme Court’s Illinois Brick ruling.
