Court Urged Not To Stay $200M Greenberg Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 8:45 PM EST) -- A former Greenberg Traurig LLP attorney on Wednesday urged a New York federal court to reject the firm's bid to stay her proposed $200 million class action alleging discrimination against female shareholders until a Pennsylvania federal judge decides on the firm's petition to compel arbitration of her claims.
