AMR, US Merger To Face Little Resistance In Bankruptcy Court

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 7:39 PM EST) -- Now that AMR Corp. and US Airways Group Inc. on Thursday confirmed the merger murmurings that have long swirled, experts said the two are likely to enjoy a mostly smooth ride through AMR’s bankruptcy proceedings after months spent diffusing any potential opposition to the plan.
