$137M Bratz Award To MGA Must Be Halted, Mattel Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 14, 2013, 11:25 PM EST) -- Mattel Inc. asked a California federal judge Wednesday to prevent MGA Entertainment Inc. and its subsidiaries from collecting a $137.2 million attorneys' fees award affirmed by a January Ninth Circuit ruling in the Bratz doll intellectual property fight, saying it would face additional litigation without an injunction.
