Huffington Can't Kick Claims That She Stole HuffPo Idea

Law360, Los Angeles (February 14, 2013, 11:12 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Thursday mostly refused to dismiss two Democratic consultants' allegations that Arianna Huffington stole their idea for what became the Huffington Post, saying the defendants had adequately supported many of their claims.
