Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 1:23 PM EST) -- A former Jenkens & Gilchrist PC tax attorney who pled guilty to allegations that she helped create a $130 million illegal tax shelter practice asked a New York federal judge Thursday to impose a sentence of home confinement, saying she played a relatively minor role in an industrywide tax shelter boom.
