Feds Erred In Disqualifying Veteran Contractor, Judge Says

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 6:07 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge has granted partial judgment demanding the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs restore a Pennsylvania-based construction company’s status as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, saying the department wrongfully ruled that the company was ineligible for the Veterans First Contracting Program.
