Ex-Trader To Change Plea In Kickbacks Case

Law360, New York (December 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former Van der Moolen trader may be ready to plead guilty for his alleged part in a multimillion-dollar conspiracy of secret kickbacks and phony finders' fees in the stock loan industry.

A notice filed in Brooklyn's district court Monday indicates trader Brian Fabrizzi is expected to change his plea at a hearing before Judge John Gleeson next week.
