Calif. Class Certified In Arthritis Drink False Ad Suit

Law360, Chicago (February 19, 2013, 2:04 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday certified a class of consumers accusing supplement maker Supple LLC of falsely marketing a beverage product as being clinically proven to help treat joint pain despite a lack of evidence linking its key ingredients to that benefit.
