Mercedes, Others Must Pay $136M In Dealership Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 4:52 PM EST) -- A Texas state court jury on Friday put Mercedes-Benz USA LLC and several Texas affiliates on the hook for $136 million over claims that they defrauded a dealership buyer into thinking he could relocate the business to a more profitable part of the state.
