Google Investor Can't Revive Suit Over Online Drug Sales

Law360, Wilmington (February 19, 2013, 5:20 PM EST) -- A Delaware judge on Monday declined to revisit his decision staying a derivative suit over Google Inc. directors' alleged failure to curtail online sales of prescription drugs, ruling the shareholder had not met the court's standard for reconsideration.

Chancellor Leo E. Strine Jr., who had stayed the Delaware derivative complaint last month in favor of an more advanced suit in California federal court, denied the Dekalb County Pension Fund's motion for reargument.
