$80M O'Hare-Area Apt. Project Gets Chicago Panel's Nod

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 6:32 PM EST) -- Chicago's Plan Commission gave its stamp of approval Thursday to a proposed apartment project located near O’Hare International Airport, which will reportedly cost about $80 million to build, a staff member confirmed to Law360.

With the vote, an affiliate of local developer JCF Real Estate Inc. goes on to the next round of approvals for its proposed mid-rise, 394-unit apartment building, according to city documents. The project will cost between $80 million and $85 million, according to a recent report by Crain's.
