Skadden Guides SL Green's $900M Refinancing Of NYC Tower

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 3:45 PM EST) -- SL Green Realty Corp. has hooked a massive $900 million refinancing package for a Times Square-area office tower that is home to Viacom Inc.'s global headquarters, the company announced Tuesday.

The new 12-year mortgage financing, at a 3.93 percent interest rate, replaces an earlier $775 million loan on the 1515 Broadway property, the real estate investment trust said.
