Nike Ads Violate 'I Will' Trademark, Under Armour Says

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 1:36 PM EST) -- Under Armour Inc. sued competitor Nike Inc. for trademark infringement Thursday in Maryland federal court, alleging the sports apparel giant has swiped its “I Will” slogan in a series of advertisements that debuted on Facebook and YouTube late last year.
