Philly Wants Docs In Suit Over Sheriff's Office Fraud

Law360, Philadelphia (February 22, 2013, 3:37 PM EST) -- The city of Philadelphia asked a state judge Wednesday to allow it to begin precomplaint discovery against two companies that provided services for the city’s Sheriff's Office as part of a lawsuit also targeting former Sheriff John Green over a "massive" fraud allegedly perpetrated against the city.
