NJ Proposes New Overtime Exemptions For Bus Workers

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 3:21 PM EST) -- New Jersey state labor officials are proposing new rules clarifying when an employer is statutorily exempt from having to pay overtime to employees of motor bus companies, according to a notice of proposal Wednesday.
