Hacker Gets 41 Months For AT&T IPad Data Breach

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Monday handed down a 41-month prison term to a hacker convicted on charges that he and a co-conspirator gained unauthorized access to AT&T Inc. servers and illegally harvested the email addresses of more than 114,000 Apple iPad users.
