Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 12:12 AM EST) -- Despite a significant decrease in the growth rate of labor litigation in 2012, including wage and hour suits, general counsel fear discrimination suits are bucking the trend and will be their greatest headache in 2013, according to a survey of in-house counsel released Tuesday by Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.
