Travelocity Beats $20M Patent Suit For Hotel Search Display

Law360, Dallas (February 25, 2013, 9:48 PM EST) -- LP on Friday defeated a $20 million lawsuit targeting its searchable online database of hotel rooms, as a Texas federal judge held Travelocity’s map display function does not violate a Dutch company’s patent for displaying search results graphically.
