AEG Escapes Suit Over Michael Jackson's Death

Law360, Los Angeles (February 25, 2013, 7:50 PM EST) -- A California judge Monday tentatively dismissed all claims brought by Michael Jackson's family over Anschutz Entertainment Group Inc.'s decision to hire the doctor convicted in the performer's death, but indicated she would allow a negligent hiring claim against the company's live show subsidiary.
