Google Denied Stay For Antor Patent Re-Examination

Law360 (December 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Texas federal judge has denied Google Inc. and YouTube LLC's request to stay Antor Media Corp.'s infringement case over data transfer technology pending a re-examination of the underlying patents.

U.S. District Judge David Folsom of the Eastern District of Texas denied motions to stay filed by the online companies and co-defendants MacMillan Publisher's Inc., Digital Playground Inc. and New Frontier Media Inc.
