NJ Appeals Court Upholds Boroughs' Worker Furloughs

Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 8:53 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Tuesday, in a reversal of a trio of decisions by the state’s public labor agency, found that three boroughs were within their rights to issue the worker furloughs without negotiating the terms with the workers' unions first.
