9th Circ. Backs Oyster Farm in Lease Fight With Interior

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 7:20 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday granted an emergency injunction allowing a major Marin County, Calif., oyster farm to stay open after the U.S. Department of the Interior failed to renew its lease because of a purportedly inaccurate environmental impact statement.
