Vitamin C Maker Sought To Conceal Price-Fixing, Jury Hears

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 8:27 PM EST) -- Jurors deciding the fate of Chinese vitamin C makers on trial for restricting exports and fixing prices of the nutrient were shown an internal memo Tuesday from an alleged co-conspirator urging employees to "be smart" and conceal their actions.
