Insurer Can’t Shake $100M Weather Damage Coverage Suit

Law360, Chicago (February 27, 2013, 7:08 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday refused Commonwealth Insurance Co.'s motion to dismiss a $100 million suit by TN Metro Holdings' limited liability companies over the insurer's refusal to cover weather damage repairs, but said he'd consider issues raised on a summary judgment motion instead.
