NJ High Court Grills Attys On Verbal Mediation Deal

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 4:49 PM EST) -- New Jersey Supreme Court justices on Wednesday questioned attorneys for commercial real estate companies fighting over the enforceability of an oral settlement agreement that was reached during nonbinding mediation between the parties but not put in writing until after the session.
