Conrail Wants Brakes On Spill Suit During Consolidation Bid

Law360, Philadelphia (February 27, 2013, 3:53 PM EST) -- Consolidated Rail Corp. asked a Pennsylvania state judge to stay discovery in a medical monitoring suit brought by residents affected by a train derailment and chemical spill, while the company works to get the complaint consolidated with nearly a dozen related cases in New Jersey.
