Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 7:27 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday decertified a class of Electronic Data Systems Corp. information technology workers, finding the court wouldn't be able to rule on their overtime claims without conducting "an unmanageable series of mini-trials" on each employee's specific duties.
