Paul Hastings Reps GI Partners In Calif. Data Center Buy

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 4:42 PM EST) -- Midmarket private equity firm GI Partners has used its custom fund with the California State Teachers' Retirement System to snap up a San Francisco-area data center property, the companies announced Wednesday.

Using DataCore LP to make the investment, GI Partners scooped up a three-building corporate campus in Hayward, Calif., that is anchored by a data center and leased to several technology companies, according to a statement.
