EBay, Intuit Hiring Deal Clearly Hurt Competition, DOJ Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2013, 6:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday urged a California judge to deny eBay Inc.’s bid to escape an antitrust suit, saying it didn't have to show that eBay and software company Intuit Inc. hurt competition by agreeing not to hire each other's employees, because the deal was "obviously anti-competitive."
