Disney Undersold 'Home Improvement' Reruns, Suit Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 28, 2013, 10:24 PM EST) -- Walt Disney Co. on Wednesday was hit with a breach-of-contract suit by the creators of “Home Improvement,” alleging it has undersold the hit television show in syndication markets and improperly accounted for the creators' “substantial” share of the profits.
