Credit Lyonnais Faces US Trial In Hamas Funding Suit

Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 5:23 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Thursday found that Credit Lyonnais SA will have to face trial in New York over allegations that it knowingly allowed a Hamas-linked group to maintain accounts and distributed funds that were used in terrorist attacks.
