Law360, Philadelphia (March 6, 2013, 5:59 PM EST) -- "Girls Gone Wild" video series founder Joe Francis' attorney urged the Third Circuit on Wednesday to overturn a $3 million default judgment awarded to a woman who claimed her driver’s license was displayed in a video with the prostitute who triggered a sex scandal that forced former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer’s resignation.
