LA Billboard Owner Asks High Court To Hear Free Speech Suit

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 2:45 PM EST) -- The owner of a Los Angeles building has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the Ninth Circuit ruling that the city's billboard regulations passed muster under the First Amendment, reprising the argument that ads for protected expressive works are themselves shielded from the rules.
